Shipping

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. All orders are shipped via DHL, and packages can be tracked using their respective tracking numbers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany within 1-3 business days from the order date, although this may take longer during sales periods. 

Made to order items

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and detailed at checkout, allowing for customer approval before payment. Shipping costs do not cover customs or duty charges for non-EU countries, and customers are responsible for these additional charges. 

DHL standard shipping rates with tracking are as follows: 

Germany: 6,19 €

European Union: 14,49 €

United States and Canada: 26,49 €
